Maude Maher-Bussières and Myrianne Côté worked for several years as engineers before making the leap to open their own translation firm after struggling to find professionals equally adept at science and language.

In 2005, they founded Permutation in Montréal to provide turnkey translation, revision and technical writing services to organizations in the areas of health, technology and communications.

The duo has since gone on to build a team of technical and language professionals who combine creativity with precision to meet the unique needs of their specialized clientele. Today, Permutation is so much more than a translation agency—it’s a full-service firm that provides personalized solutions in Canada’s two official languages.
